There are undoubtedly as many methods to raise a Magyar Agar puppy as there are to caring for a child. In fact, one method per household at least! But the majority of us agree that when it comes to children, certain things are universal and undeniable. Here are 3 things that a great deal of people simply do not remember when it pertains to raising their Magyar Agars, however. I can’t count how many times have we heard, “My Magyar Agar simply will not listen to me”, or “He just will not act!”
Magyar Agars don’t understand English until we teach them.
The thing all of us love about Magyar Agar puppies most is the way they live for us, the fact that they focus all they have on us, the way our lives end up being theirs. In the beginning, they study us to learn our body movement, our expressions and our language. Till we teach them the English language, it’s all they have. If we state, “Need to head out?” one day, “Have to go potty?” the next day, and, “Hafta pee?” the 3rd day, if they DO determine what we want, it is because we have picked up the leash and approached the door with a pleased face! If you want to accelerate his training by three-fold, teach him YOUR language. Pick a command for EACH action and stay with it. Teach those in your family to use the very same words and commands, and your Magyar Agar puppy will impress you at just how much faster he gets it.
A young Magyar Agar puppy’s metabolic process is racing along faster than we think.
The more youthful your Magyar Agar is, the quicker he is growing, the more food and water he requires to fuel his metabolic process, and the more regularly he needs to go potty. Do not penalize your puppy when he makes a house-breaking mistake. These are YOUR fault. The age of your Magyar Agar in weeks and his size determine how typically he needs to head out. Once per hour is not too much for a big 6-week old puppy, particularly if it is summer season. Magyar Agars like the interesting smells outdoors, so there is no reason to not have him housebroken by 7-8 weeks old. Right after a nap, after he eats and after grooming are the crucial times, and he will alert you. If he is gladly chewing a toy and gets up all of a sudden with his nose to the floor, let him out quickly! And every time he goes potty outside, applaud him to high paradise! “What a good BOY!”, “GREAT go potty!” and the like. Magyar Agars enjoy our pleased faces, and they will do anything to get it.

As a result of this, the worst penalty you ever need to provide your Magyar Agar is a grimace and to turn away from him. You can see his tail drop and his face get so sad. He will learn the lesson, I guarantee it. But his attention span is only 3-5 minutes, so do not scorn him any more. Love him up and offer him your delighted face again. Physical penalty is never necessary. Employ constant commands and loving praise and he will know what you desire of him prior to you know. He will become a master of your body movement and facial expressions in no time at all.
Naturally there are lots of elements of training your Magyar Agar puppy well. Caring compassion works just as well for Magyar Agar pups as it does with children, developing a delighted, well-adjusted and loyal dog for life. These 3 essential ideas, utilized consistently with self-confidence, will start him well on his way.
