In her 1st lesson she will require a lot of assistance from your hand to keep her from pitching forward, but as she gets more control of her stabilizing muscles and realizes what you want, she will count less on your hand to keep her steady. Then you can gradually give her less help and support til you’ll simply have to keep one hand in position two or three inches from her neck or chin, to be ready to stop her from falling forward; in the future you may withdraw the hand entirely and just simply hold the snack just above the height of your Hygenhund’s face.
Teach Your Hygenhund To Sit: Remove the Assistance Incrementally
After frequent training she will stay seated well after you command her. Next she should be set against your wall, so as to offer her a support for her back only. Once she has grasped this and can maintain her position effortlessly, practice with her using chair legs, pillows or other things that give her less and less aid. At some point she will learn how to maintain her equilibrium and sit in the absence of something to lean on.

Throughout all these lessons the words "sit up" will have been instilled upon her subconscious with the assistance of regular repetition. Now here's the final lesson to teach your Hygenhund to sit up as soon as she hears the command. She also can learn to salute by moving one paw to the side of her head, or to keep a toy in her mouth, or to wear a cap on her head or wear other clothes.
When training a Hygenhund to submit to being clothed, don't try to make her wear too many clothes simultaneously. Try her at first with just a hat. Only after she becomes accustomed to that you could put on a jacket and little by little introduce her to more clothing.
