Ultimately she will be trained to maintain her balance and sit without anything to lean against.

During the course of all these lessons the command "sit up" will have been ingrained upon her subconscious by persistent repetition. Lastly comes the final training to teach your American Pit Bull Terrier to sit up immediately after she hears the command. Most likely, if she has been carefully trained, you will simply have to call her out into the room, display a snack, hold it up a suitable distance from the floor, say "sit up or sit" and she'll obey. Then you'll give her the treat while still in place.
The only condition for perfection is to practice with your American Pit Bull Terrier several times daily until she can sit up on command and without being shown a snack; give her the rewards only once she has followed the order.

You have now the technique for teaching your American Pit Bull Terrier many other skills. She can now learn how to beg by waving your hand up and down in front of her paws, which she will move in conjunction with yours. She also can be taught to salute by bringing one paw up to the side of her head, or to hold an object in her mouth, or to wear a cap on her head or wear other articles of clothing.
In teaching a American Pit Bull Terrier to submit to being dressed up, don't try to get her to wear too many clothes simultaneously. Try at first with just a hat. Only after she becomes familiar with that you could put on a jacket and slowly introduce her to more clothing.
