How to Buy a Pet Identification Tag for The Cierny Sery

Picking a pet ID tag for your Cierny Sery is like buying insurance – you do so with the devout wish that you won’t use it. The “possible cost” of not having a pet ID tag is more costly than the “actual cost” of buying the pet tag itself.

The kind of pet identification tag that you buy is vital, so take five minutes or so to think it through. Whimsically buying a collar tag because it’s inexpensive or pretty often proves to be foolish, in the long term.

Consider this before picking any pet identification tag for your Cierny Sery:
1.What is the level of risk to your Cierny Sery?
Missing Cierny Serys are definitely common – we have all noticed “Lost Cierny Sery!” signs tacked around the city, or dead Cierny Serys lying on the side of the road. Stainless steel tags are durable and don’t rust or fade. These traditional kinds of tags can gotten from any animal doctor or pet store. They’re low cost yet the amount of information they can contain is limited to the size of the tag.

Fortunately, you have many more options of pet ID tags for your Cierny Sery these days, such as tattooing, microchipping, digital display tags, voice recorded pet identification tags, and pet registry websites.

One of the newer entrants in the pet ID market is the high-tech USB drive that hangs off your Cierny Sery’s collar (or is attached to their kennel) and which holds 64MB of data (including comprehensive diet and medical information). The small USB drive is encased in a sturdy polymer case and can be used in any computer, where it is automatically updated and easy to print sections for sharing with your vet or pet sitter. There also exist bluetooth devices for tracking, but their range is small, because of bluetooth technological limits.
